OUR SERVICE
2 wheel support offer a friendly and
professional cycle repair service / cycle servicing in
our workshop based in the Balerno area. We offer full bicycle servicing
from the most basic up to the most technical of repairs, with
all work carried out by fully cytech trained technicians with
national vocational qualifications in cycle maintenance. All servicing in
the Edinburgh area comes with FREE collection and Delivery!
All work is carried out in our fully equipped workshop,
if you have a small job such as a puncture repair we
will carry this out at your house (if convenient for
you). To guarantee customer satisfaction we will
replace the punctured inner tube with a brand new one.
If you are unsure of the reliability
of your bike, and want us to check it over and advise on
any work needing done, feel free to

We offer a flat fee,
FULL SERVICE to get any bikes back on the
road for a reasonable £35.00 this includes;
►Free
collection and delivery
►Brand new brake cables front and rear (outers if required)
►Brand new gear cables Front and rear (outers if required)
►Brake pads checked for wear
►Brakes fully adjusted
►Gears fully adjusted
►Both wheels both fully checked for try and spoke tension
►Hub/bottom bracket/headset bearings all checked for play
►Tyres checked for correct pressure
►All bolts checked for correct torque (including crank bolts and
stem bolts)
That's £10 worth of free cables and free collection and
delivery for every bike!
Our turn around time is usually 24 hours and sometimes even the
same day. If spare parts are required we are able to
supply them close to trade price and you will only need to
usually wait around 2 days!
We also offer a range of other servicing at various prices from
as little as £10.00 again this includes free delivery and collection!

Full Service - £35.00 including
parts, and labour (Around
1.5hrs labour)
►Removing all existing brake and gear cables
and replacing with brand new cables (worth £10).
If required, the outer cables will be replaced too.
►Examining all bearings on hubs, headset, and
bottom bracket for wear and re-greasing if required.
►Ensuring gear and braking systems are fully
operational, and adjusting as required.
►Tyres and inner tubes examined for wear, and
tyres Inflated to correct pressure.
►Wheels examined for true and dish.
►Handle bars checked for correct alignment.
►All other nuts and bolts checked for correct
Torque, including the main ones. For example
crank bolts, stem bolts and
saddle bolts (as they are all able to work
themselves loose).
Safety Check - £20.00 including
parts, and labour (Around
40 minutes labour)
►Brakes adjusted and set up.
►Gears adjusted and set up.
►Tyres and inner tubes examined for wear.
►Tyres inflated to correct
pressure.
►Wheels check for true and dish
►Handle Bars checked for correct alignment

We do ask that all bikes we take on for servicing is
given to us in a clean condition! We
understand this can be a bit of a hassle so we do
offer a cleaning service of £5 per bike which is
enough to cover our costs of, cleaning products, and
oils to re-lubricate the bike after cleaning!
